I am so glad you are here!!

I am Alana Brown, the owner of Create Joy Life!! I am a senior communications major at Dallas Baptist University, and work as a wedding coordinator with raeRAY Designs. When I am not at weddings or in class, I am at a shoot, or doing something creative!! Create Joy is a passion I have been able to turn into a side hustle, and I love getting to run this business, and do something I love all at the same time!!

I am a documentary portrait photographer who loves love, and making people feel celebrated and beautiful through all the special moments in life. I define success as bringing others joy and making them see beauty in themselves they may not have seen before, through their portraits. My company dreams include creating beautiful authentic documentary work and preserving memories for those who have a love story, or moment worth documenting. Everyone deserves to feel encouraged, and celebrated, and Create Joy Life is a ministry/business that aims to do just that.
